If you’re looking for a warmer, neutral feel, then woven carpet or textured sisal could be perfect for you – their natural look, reminiscent of boho and rustic design is a perfect way to infuse personality and cosiness into your new build.

My favourite part of having a new build home is that I got to pick a new ‘red thread’, that one thing that ties my home together.”
