• A designer video presentation that explains the rationale behind your scheme, plus top tips for placement and styling so you can execute confidently.
• Post‑design support for one week to ask follow‑ups or request sensible tweaks, and unlimited shopping support for ordering, samples, and delivery coordination whenever you need it.

The Styling Package is £295 per room, a simple fixed fee with no hidden extras.

The only optional add‑ons are:

• Express turnaround to get your design in ~10 working days (vs. ~2-3 weeks) for £75. Great when you’re up against a deadline.
• Home visit (if you’d like in‑person measuring/photos/brief discussion) from £300. Most clients complete Styling fully online, but the visit is there if you prefer it.

When you’re ready to buy, you’ll shop through our platform with exclusive supplier discounts and a price‑match promise on any supplier we recommend so you can be certain that you are getting the best deal possible.

Everything’s designed to be easy and online:

• You’ll start by booking and then completing a short design brief so we understand your room, measurements, photos and inspiration. This ensures that your designer’s ideas fit your space and taste
• You’ll have a 40‑minute video call to align on the brief, colours and priorities. After that, your designer works on your moodboard and accessory curation.
• Throughout the process you will have access to direct chat with your designer and provide feedback as you go along.
• You’ll receive a recorded designer presentation walking you through the scheme, followed by one week to ask questions and request minor adjustments. For shopping questions, you’ll have ongoing access to the personal shopping team.
