1. You start by completing a short brief so that your designer knows what to expect.
2. You’ll then collaborate one on one including a video call to run through your challenge or dilemma.
3. Afterwards your designer will follow up with any agreed action points depending on your particular challenge.

Design Fix is about solving one challenge, in one room, fast.

A full room design package includes the carefully planned layout, colour scheme, 3D visuals and of course the all important shopping list.

With a full room design you will have at least two long sessions one to one with your designer, they’ll understand your situation and work with you to define the layout, define the style direction and then complete the project with your feedback to deliver the full layout, your 3D visuals and a list of products to help you bring your project to life.

A Room Styling package is all about those finishing touches. It’s making your room completely yours but without the heavy lifting of the layout.

You will be given a short brief to complete that asks all the important questions so that your designer knows the challenge and will be ready to help.

Just share some photos of your room, measurements if you have them, and details about what’s bugging you. The more info, the better! Your designer will review your needs before the call to make sure you can get the most out of your time with them.

The more information that you can provide to your designer the faster they will be able to understand exactly what you are looking for and help you solve your current dilemma. If you have pinterest boards or collected inspirational designs (feel free to have a browse through our real room designs to help) then add them to your brief or bring them to the call

Usually calls last around 40 minutes but that will depend on your individual design needs.

Your Design Fix video call will last around 40 minutes but will depend on your challenge. It will be plenty of time to get expert help and leave with a clear plan. Your designer will then spend the rest of their time preparing your deliverables to fix your design dilemma.

The design fix will take three hours, including the call with you.

Yes! Absolutely. Your designer will follow up with agreed deliverables and a summary of your call.

The details will change depending on your requirements but you can expect to receive everything you need to solve your dilemma whether that’s the full layout, the colour scheme or the chosen products. Either way, you’ll get a summary email with your designer’s recommendations and any links discussed during the call.

If you want more help after the follow then you can add more consultancy hours or upgrade to a full Room Design Package or add a Room Styling Package. Your designer will be more than happy to help you decide on what’s needed.
