Our most popular package is our Complete Design Experience which is perfect for when you'd like help designing one room with one function, for example, bedroom, a living room, or a home office.
All complete packages include a £100 shopping voucher to spend on the products your designer recommends in your final design.
You'll have two 40-minute calls to collaborate with your professional and experienced designer within 3 weeks. During this time you can communicate with your designer through our handy chat functionality.
After the first call, your designer will begin creating multiple layouts as well as images articulating the design direction. This will then be presented to you in your next call so you can make sure you are happy with the elements agreed for your design before proceeding.
Once this is agreed your designer will create a final annotated floor plan, 2D visuals to help you visualise your design, and a concise shopping list of furniture items that match your budget. They will also send you a final design presentation video to explain the choices made and to pass on any top tips.
Now it's time to order the products from the design to bring it to life. You can purchase everything in just one click and with our Price Match Promise, you can rest assured that you'll pay the same price (or less) on the vetted suppliers we recommend. Your £100 voucher will be applied at checkout when your basket totals £2,000 or more.
Our shopping support team will take all the hassle out of your hands, handling everything like sending samples, flagging discounts, coordinating deliveries to suit your schedule and much, much more. They're on hand as long as you need them and you can order multiple times.
Our Complete Design Experience PLUS package allows you everything from the Complete Design Experience package (including the £100 voucher) but it is tailor-made for when you're looking to design a room with a dual function so that might be a living room-dining room, a kitchen-dining room or a guest room-come office. For anything with two functions, pick the PLUS package. Bathrooms would fall under this package too.
This package allows the designer greater scope to explore multiple room layouts in complete collaboration with you and zone areas to create a cohesive living space. Your calls with your designer will be 50 minutes long to accommodate.
You'll see it come together in your final annotated floor plan and two 2D mood boards showing how our selections come together, as well as a full shopping list with all our recommendations. You can shop directly from it with support from our in-house shopping support team without any fuss - and all products come with our Price Match Promise too!
Our Complete Design Experience MAX package is ideal for triple-function spaces so if you have a kitchen, living and dining room, or if you’re lucky enough to have a basement, games room come gym, that would be the right package for you.
The Complete Design Experience MAX package is perfect for larger, triple-function rooms like a kitchen/living/diner. You will receive your annotated floorplan, incredible 2D visuals and personalised shopping list however your designer will need more time to create a cohesive and impactful design for these spaces and so this package is £595.
Don't forget you still have a £100 shopping voucher and access to our incredible shopping support team who will guide you through the final steps of your process, bringing your design to life, one delivery at a time.
Our Mini Styling Experience is excellent for little spaces like entrance halls, staircases or corridors - basically, any space where you don't need any layout assistance with. Your designer will source up to six categories of items for you (with three options each), and you can utilise the shopping support team and shop directly from the mood board!
There is no £100 shopping voucher included in this package.

Before the process fully gets going, we will need some information from you!
We need three things to get you started:
It seems obvious but we'll need measurements of the room so we can select products and items that will fit your space. Please make sure you take the measurements yourself and not estate agent floor plans, which are often inaccurate. We do however accept architects' floorplans.
We have a handy little guide to help you when it comes to measuring up yourself, it’s really easy but don’t worry, if something doesn’t look right, your designer will flag it via our online chat feature!
We need you to take pictures from every angle of your space so that your designer can get a great understanding of how you're currently using the room. This will also help them come up with innovative solutions for your needs.
Take some time to research what you like and save some pictures of rooms that give us a flavour of your personal style. Use platforms like Houzz, Instagram, Pinterest or better yet, our portfolio to collect images from other room designs and then share them with us.
Once we've learnt a little more about you and about how you'd like to enjoy the space, we'll match you to the perfect designer. They will then chat with you and explore all the layout options in the rooms ensuring that you're getting the most from each space. They will also go through your inspirational images and find how to implement your favourite elements into a cohesive design that you will love!
We will always work within the budget that you provide us with and source items accordingly.

Our designers will provide you with alternative options in your final design for key items at different price points, so you can decide where to save and where to invest.
As a rule of thumb, your budget should cover all your key furniture items and also accessories selected in your brief.
Make sure you communicate the overall budget with your designer if you are making larger changes, such as replacing your flooring and they need to allow for this when sourcing furniture.

Yes they can!
We're confident that our online interior design packages will give you everything you need to transform your home.
However, we realise some customers prefer to see a designer face-to-face, particularly if they are taking on a large renovation.
For these folk, we offer home visits that start from £300 (for the visit only). Room packages will be charged on top of the home visit fee.
A designer will take the full brief in person, measure up, take photos and go through any additional details you may want to chat about, in the comfort of your own home.

A £100 Shopping Voucher is included with every 'Complete' room design package purchased.
Once you receive your final design and curated shopping list you can add items to your basket and check out. Your shopping voucher is automatically applied to your basket at checkout once you’ve reached the minimum spend of £2,000 (excluding delivery).
If you have multiple vouchers, for every £2,000 basket spend (excluding delivery) your £100 voucher discount will be automatically applied.
The voucher can be used in conjunction with price match requests (please note the voucher is applied to the total basket spend after any price matches are honoured).
The voucher is valid for up to 6 months after your room design is booked. You can view the expiry date on the voucher, which is saved under the ‘My Rewards’, in your ‘My Designs’ tab.
We will send you a reminder when your voucher is due to expire.
If an item in your shopping list is out of stock, the shopping support team will suggest an in-stock alternative for you to consider. If you go ahead with the alternative and the overall 'total' spend is still above the £2,000 threshold, then we can still honour this. If an alternative is not selected, then we will refund you the item minus the £100 voucher if the refund puts you below the £2,000 threshold.
