A cozy dining room featuring a blend of modern and classic elements. The focal point is an Isla 2.5 seat sofa upholstered in Juniper Aquaclean clever chenille, offering a deep green hue that harmonizes with the earthy tones of the space. Complementing this is a rectangular John Lewis Iona extending round dining table in a sleek black finish, which accommodates 4 to 6 diners, paired with elegantly curved rattan dining chairs that enhance the inviting ambiance. The room is anchored by a striking Vianna black and ivory rug, sized 245 x 305 cm, layering the floor with intricate patterns, while a Bronte fine loop rug in smoke adds texture and contrast nearby. In terms of lighting, a Stourton six-light antique brass and glass pendant ceiling light hangs overhead, radiating a warm glow, alongside a John Lewis Monty rechargeable LED table lamp in matte antique brass, strategically placed on a side table for additional illumination. Artfully arranged on the walls are framed artworks showcasing botanical prints, which amplify the natural theme that runs throughout the space. An aesthetic touch is offered by the carefully selected accessories including a Moss stitched pom pom cushion in tan, a Kendall bottle vase in brown, and a vintage poster from Vogue, all of which draw attention while complementing the overall décor. Complementing the furnishings, dark green window treatments add elegance while ensuring privacy and light control. A touch of greenery is introduced with a potted Chinese white olive tree, augmenting the room's liveliness and freshness. Lastly, a Hilden drinks cabinet in black provides storage while maintaining the room's refined look. Overall, the design feels cohesive, stylish, and inviting, perfect for both everyday dining and entertaining guests.
