Jacqui took the time to get to know and understand me, taking in not only the practicalities of the space but also getting to grips with the 'feel' of the room. What resulted was a design beyond anything I could have imagined and which totally encompassed 'me'. I really enjoyed the creative experience thanks to all Jacqui's efforts. I loved my experience working with Liv. She fully understood my vision and was really helpful in directing me to the right styles that not only suited my idea's but were practical as well. I think having a service like my bespoke room is revolutionary in interior design for the normal person. In the long run it saves you making design mistakes and saves you money. It's amazing to see the room come together and it's got me really excited about working on the other rooms of my house.

Olivia (Liv) was amazing. So enthusiastic and helpful. She was so careful to choose items that we loved, but also were available in Northern Ireland. We both love our finished design!

I would have no hesitation in recommending My Bespoke Room and would use their services again in a heartbeat. Our designer was Beatriz and she was a delight to work with, she really took time to understand our likes and dislikes and what would work best for us - the living room design she produced was perfect. We also appreciated the different options Beatriz gave for furnishings and accessories. Jess-Alice helped with the shopping list and this all worked really smoothly. She kept us informed of the status of our deliveries and we were able to delay receiving larger items until our decorator had finished, which was extremely helpful. All in all one very satisfied customer!

I can’t recommend Laura C and the team at mt bespoke room enough! From start to finish the whole experience has been so professional. Laura C has been absolutely amazing. I say something once and she remembers everything I have requested. I absolutely love my final design and I can’t wait to post some pictures when my bedroom is complete. Thank you Laura x

I was matched with Aless as my designer for the styling only package and I'm very pleased I was. In the space of a 45 min call she totally got my style and what I liked - even though I couldn't articulate it too well. She picked colours I wouldn't have been brave enough to choose myself (but really like) and found the most beautiful vinyl which is the first item I bought. Some of the suggested pieces are expensive, but there's no obligation to buy and you can always source similar more cost effective items online. That said, I would absolutely choose Aless & MBR again.

Laura C has been incredible throughout our project. We needed help with getting the best out of the space for our loft conversion so we decided to combine the interior design with consultation service and it was the best decision we made. The consultation took the stress away from under pressure decision making as Laura thought of the finer details and helped us make choices on such things as lighting, electric sockets and wall placements with absolute ease. Take that and add some Laura’s interior design magic wand and you have some incredible result and a space that you don’t want to leave.

Really great ideas from my designer who was super helpful, really took on board my preferences and listened to what I wanted but also brought some new ideas to add to the mix! - thanks !
