Simply fill out our easy design brief so we can get to know you better; we’ll then pair you with your design soulmate! You’ll collaborate for up to three weeks to deliver your dream room.
2. Collaborate one-on-one
Collaborate one-on-one for up to three weeks, including two video calls. Tell us what you love (and don’t) and your designer will dazzle you with inspiration and ideas for transforming your space and optimising your room layout.
3. Furniture sourcing
Once you’re happy with the design direction and room layout, your professional interior designer will source the items and finishing touches, with your budget in mind. You’ll be given multiple options for each item.
4. Design delivery
Kick-back and view your final room design complete with moodboard, 3D visuals, furniture recommendations, video presentation and top tips. You’ll have 2 weeks to ask your designer questions.>

When you complete your design brief, we’ll ask you a few simple questions to help us match you with the perfect interior designer for your unique style, needs, and lifestyle.

Each of our designers is hand-picked for their expertise, and their all-round loveliness. With a minimum of three years’ experience and plenty of projects under their belt, we’re confident we’ll find the perfect match for you.

If you’ve used our service before and would like to work with the same designer again, just let us know - we’ll do our best to make it happen.

And if they happen to be fully booked, don’t worry. We’ll introduce you to another one of our brilliant designers who’s just as talented and ready to help.

Before we can get started, we’ll need you to complete your design brief. This is a short series of questions that helps us get to know you, your home, and your style preferences.

Your design brief includes three key things we’ll need from you:

1. Measurements
It might sound obvious, but we’ll need accurate measurements of your room so we can select products and layouts that fit perfectly. Please take the measurements yourself rather than relying on estate agent floor plans, which are often inaccurate (architects’ floor plans are fine!).
Don’t worry - we make it easy with a handy guide and video to help.

2. Photos of the room
Snap pictures from every angle of your space so your designer can fully understand how you’re currently using the room.

3. Inspirational Images
Gather a few images that capture your style and what inspires you. Houzz, Instagram, Chat GPT and Pinterest are great places to start - or better yet, explore our portfolio for ideas. Save the images you love and share them with us so we can really get a feel for your taste.

The design process usually takes 3 weeks once the design brief is fully complete.

The length of the process depends on how quickly you respond to your designer - so keep an eye on your inbox and dashboard for updates to keep things moving!

On average, the design process takes around 3 weeks per room once your brief is complete. If you’re in a hurry, we’ve got you covered with our Express Service, which delivers your design in just 10 working days.

If your project includes multiple rooms, your designer will run them concurrently - working on your project as a whole but completing one room at a time.

And remember: we can only get started once your design brief is fully complete, which happens after your first call with your designer.

If you’re a returning customer and would like to work with your previous designer, there may be a short wait while they wrap up other projects. And if they happen to be fully booked, don’t worry - we’ll pair you with another of our brilliant designers.

In a hurry? Our Express Service is perfect for fast-tracking your project. For just £75 per room, you’ll receive your finished design in as little as 10 working days.

Just remember: we can only get started once your brief is fully complete, which happens after your first call with your designer.
