The brief

Create a light, classic family living room with a darker feature wall for contrast.
Introduce grey, blue and blush accents while keeping the overall scheme calm and cohesive.

The result

The main seating area is built around a mid-grey three-seater sofa, paired with a blush two-seater to introduce softer colour without overwhelming the room. Velvet accent seating, patterned cushions and a light Berber-style rug add texture, while the open layout keeps the centre of the room clear for family life and everyday movement.

The darker feature wall houses bespoke cabinetry and storage, helping frame the TV area while giving the room a stronger focal point. Walnut furniture, brass side tables, rattan lighting and simple mirrors bring warmth and natural texture into the scheme, while abstract artwork, plants, and soft ambient lighting add personality and make the room feel comfortably lived-in.
