Keyvan and Paria's Hallway
Designers Edit
Alcove Shelf Finishing Touches
This hallway features a warm and inviting design that blends modern and classic elements effortlessly. The walls are painted in a soft, neutral tone that enhances the natural light, creating an airy atmosphere.
At one end, a stylish bench with deep green upholstery offers a cozy nook, complemented by a patterned cushion adding a touch of color. Above, elegant wall sconces provide ambient lighting, perfectly framing a large piece of floral artwork that serves as a statement focal point.
A sleek console table spans the wall beneath the artwork, adorned with a few carefully selected decorative items including a wall clock and a small plant in a decorative pot. Below the console, a vintage-style radiator adds character while ensuring warmth.
The staircase leading up is highlighted with contrasting black railings and warm wooden steps, tastefully integrating functionality with style. A plush area rug in subtle tones adds comfort underfoot, tying the whole look together harmoniously.
Hi Keyvan and Paria,
I’m delighted to share your final room design and product suggestions. Don’t forget to click on the video under your moodboard to watch your virtual design presentation!
Product Suggestions:
If you scroll down from your design you will find your product list with all my recommended items. If you click on "alternatives," you'll find even more options for each category. There’s a favourites button on each product, so feel free to click it! That way, we can chat about your top picks since I’ll be able to see which ones you like best as does your shopper Jess!
I have specified all items based on the dimensions and information you provided in your brief but it’s always worth double checking that you’re happy with the size of larger furniture items/light fittings before placing your order. Also that you have the appropriate delivery access into your property.
Paint:
I have included some great paint colour suggestions for your room design with handy links so you can order any samples you want and then your chosen paint directly from the retailer when you are ready. It’s always best to use the retailer's paint calculator, or your decorator's estimate for paint quantity.
Plants:
I have included a great selection of faux plants for your room with some lovely planter options also. Please be sure to check the size of the planter or basket fits the plant pot of the plant you have chosen if you select an option from the alternatives! You can purchase the real plants through our shopping service if you wish or you can use this as a style guide and source them from a local garden centre.
Art:
I have suggested some great pieces of artwork that I believe will pull together your scheme beautifully. However, art is such a personal choice, so do feel free to use these options as a guide if the pieces I’ve suggested don’t quite hit the mark!
Budget Notes:
The overall room design has been pulled together with your budget in mind, however I have also dropped in a few special pieces that you may want to invest in, as I believe this could bring an additional wow factor! You can name any pieces in particular here.
Have a good look through all the alternatives and remember you can swap things around to balance your budget as you like.
Shop Direct:
There is a small selection of retailers who only deliver directly to the account holder, and therefore we are unable to offer it as part of our shopping service. If you do select anything from these retailers there is a handy link on the product which takes you directly to the retailer site.
Once you’ve had the time to digest the design, please let me know if you have any questions. As a reminder, you have two weeks to come back to me with any questions on the design.
Warm Wishes,
Maria
