Each of our designers are fully qualified, experienced and are lovely to work with, so we're confident we have the perfect designer for you!

Before the process fully gets going we need you to complete your design brief. This is a series of questions to get to know you, your home and your style preferences better.
The design brief includes the following three key things we need from you:
It seems obvious but we'll need measurements of the room so we can select products and items that will fit your space. Please make sure you take the measurements yourself and not estate agent floor plans, which are often inaccurate! We do however accept architects' floor plans.
We make it as easy as possible with a handy little guide and video.
2. Photos of the room
We need you to take pictures from every angle of your space so that your designer can get a good understanding of how you're currently using the room. This will also help them come up with innovative solutions for your needs.
3. Inspirational Images
Take some time to research what you like and save some pictures of rooms that give us a flavour of your personal style. Use platforms like Houzz, Instagram, Pinterest or better yet, our portfolio, to collect images from other room designs and then share them with us.
A £100 shopping voucher is included with every Room Design package (it is not included with the Room Styling package).
Once you receive your final design and curated shopping list you can add items to your basket and check out. Your shopping voucher is automatically applied to your basket at checkout once you’ve reached the minimum spend of £2,000 (excluding delivery).
If you have multiple vouchers, for every £2,000 basket spend, your £100 voucher discount will be automatically applied.
The voucher can still be used in conjunction with price match requests but please note, the voucher is applied to the total basket spend after any price matches are honoured.
The voucher is valid for up to 6 months after your room design is booked. Don’t worry, we will send you a reminder when your voucher is due to expire. You can view the expiry date on the voucher, which is saved under the ‘My Rewards’, in your ‘My Designs’ tab.
Please note that if an item in your shopping list is out of stock, the shopping support team will suggest an in-stock alternative for you to consider. If an alternative is not selected and the total spend drops below £2,000, then we will refund you the item minus the £100 voucher.
Once your final room design is issued, the shopping support team will join the chat to help you with any questions, orders, deliveries and even exchanges or returns, for as long as you need them.

Once you order, you’ll be able to view all orders and tracking information at any time and in one handy place, by logging into your account and going to the 'My Orders' tab at the top of the page.
Straight away! Once you have uploaded all the information to your design brief, we can match you with your designer.
If you’re a returning customer and have requested to work with your previous designer, there might be a short wait while they finish other projects they’re working on.
If you’re in a rush, our Express Service could be perfect for you. Your finished design will be with you in just 7 working days, you can add this on for £75 per room at the checkout!
Just remember, we need all your brief information complete so we can get going, this process is complete after your first call with your designer.
The design process usually takes 3 weeks once the design brief is fully complete.
The length of the process will depend on how quickly you respond to your designer, so keep an eye on your inbox and dashboard for updates to keep the process running smoothly!
