Any adaptations were met with ease, and re-interpreted until we got it right. The the ability to work with the clients inspiration/attention on elements was great. The final product for me meets all the requirements I need. They also offered a range of alternatives so I have choice. A Dream Makeover Thanks to Lindsey and JessI absolutely love this company. Lindsey Griffen worked with me to transform my living and dining rooms, and she was absolutely amazing. With just a couple of online chats and a few pictures of the style I liked, she created the perfect look for both spaces.I had a general idea of what I wanted, but I could never have achieved this result without Lindsey. The rooms are nearly finished now and look beautiful—exactly what I had hoped for—and I genuinely love spending time in them.Jess has also been brilliant, managing all the ordering and deliveries. She made sure items arrived at the right time, so I wasn’t overwhelmed with boxes while decorating was still underway. Book now don't hesitate!Olivia is a joy to work with. This is my second project with Mybespokeroom and I reached out to Olivia to secure her time. All meetings were arranged promptly with all material shared post meetings the same day. Olivia was very considerate of my budget and ensured she gave me options to suit it. This is our second renovation project and it went brilliantly under Olivia guidance. Nardus was an absolute joy to work…Nardus was an absolute joy to work with. I have used an online interior design company in the past and was just given a final design without much input. Nardus took the time to find out exactly what I did and didn’t like and presented me with so many options and visuals along the way. He thoroughly exceeded my expectations and designed a space that was 100% what I wanted despite not knowing myself where to start! Thanks Jacqui PI worked with Jacqui P. on a kitchen design project, I had already had layout design with Wrens but was struggling to decide on colours - tiles, backsplash etc. I had the free consultation with Jacqui P. where she took me through the offers and helped me decide what was best for me, I ended up doing room Styling. Jacqui was super responsive to my needs and wants as I already had some elements like wallpaper I was sold on, helped me visualise the room to be bale to make a decision and feel more confident with the bolder choices. Looking forward to the project being completed now so I can share the result. Exactly the back up I needed to go forward. Attentive designers with a great serviceMyBespokeRoom helped me with a new space that is under construction. The area is quite small but I had a clear idea of how I wanted it to feel. I was worried that if I tried to DIY it, I would end up feeling disappointed, because I didn't really know how to achieve what I wanted. So, I signed up for the service thinking that it would be an investment into making sure I got it right first time.My designer Kerry was able to look at my inspiration images and picked out exactly what I was going for. During the process she also produced visuals of the room to help with the decision making.We ended up with a design that really matches the internal vision that I had (and even I didn't know what it was at the start). Kerry also helped with some of the details to tie the new area into other rooms. I'm delighted with the service.I was able to request to use a number of furniture pieces that I already have, which was great. I also used the shopping service to pick up a few other items, which have arrived already.I'm looking forward to putting everything together in the next few weeks.Date of experience: 09 June 2025

Outstanding I have used My Bespoke Room three times and have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. My designer was inspirational, creative and genuinely interested in all aspects of the project. I looked forward to our online discussions and receiving the design visuals where my initial random ideas were pulled together to create rooms that are interesting, stylish and co-ordinated, usually incorporating items I already own. It has saved me money as I know that what I buy will suit the room which really has given me a confidence boost. I highly recommend My Bespoke Room.
