The first thing to do is provide your designer with as much information as possible – in fact, the more the merrier. That way, they can suggest and share ideas and concepts designed to float your boat.
Also, make sure you feedback effectively. Tell them what you like and what you don't. Our designers are good, but they can't read minds (yet).
Keep an eye on the clock too. Whilst you have two weeks collaboration time with your designer, don't leave it too late for them to incorporate your feedback.
Finally, once you've received your final design, there's a further two weeks where you can ask any questions and request reasonable changes.
Of course you can. That's why we build in an extra two week buffer zone after your design is complete. You can use this time to ask any questions that need an expert design opinion.
