Our Mini Makeover package is just the thing for room updates or a refresh. Perfect if you already have quite a few items for your room and simply need to add some additional pieces and touches. As part of the package, you get up to six personalised product categories such as; wall paint, king-size bed, blinds, bedside lamp, rug and ceiling lamp. In each category, you also get a minimum of three options for each product, so you can swap around to see how your favourites work together.
For complete room transformations, our Complete Design Experience package is ideal. We offer unlimited product categories as part of this, offering everything you need to create your perfect room.
For open plan living spaces and double reception rooms, we offer a reduced Complete Design Experience. You get double the design…but we don't double the price. How good is that?
Once we receive your brief we match you with your own dedicated and fully qualified designer. They get things going with a phone call to dig deeper into your preferences. You then have two weeks' design time with them to work on your plans together.
Using our straightforward online Account Dashboard, you can chat further, swap ideas and exchange pics of looks you love. Things then start to take shape with a room layout recommendation and 2D visual from your designer.
Once you're 100% happy with the direction of your decor, a final design will be worked up, accompanied by an interactive shopping list. As part of your shopping list, your designer can advise on wall finishes, flooring options, window treatments, lighting, fixtures, furniture, soft furnishings and accessories. It also offers alternatives, wild cards and finishing touches for your consideration.
Our designers recommend products from a wide variety of retailers. This way, you get best possible choice and value, helping you achieve your perfect room in style and on budget. If you use our Free Shopping Service, you also benefit from our exclusive discounts, which are applied at checkout.
Once we have your completed brief, you have 2 weeks' design time with your designer. Post design, you have a further two weeks to ask questions and make any reasonable changes. Typically, we're done and dusted anywhere between 10-15 working days.
Don't worry, we also offer an Express Service that delivers your design in a speedy five working days. Just remember, we need all your information PDQ so we can get going ASAP! To turbo charge your transformation takes a little more creative juice and so costs an extra £50.
Once you've completed the brief, you'll get a link to your Account Dashboard. Log in and you can upload photos, videos, plans and links to give your designer a really good impression of your room, tastes and ideas.
It's best to give us as much information as soon as you can. A quick scribble of your room layout with key dimensions, for instance, will make sure we recommend items that fit.
All of this acts as a countdown to a phone or Skype call with your designer where you can describe your space in more detail.
Our goal is to create the best possible design for your space on brief and on budget. The more information you can provide us with, the better. In your Account Dashboard, you'll find all you need to know on how to take photos of your room and draw a simple plan, which we then make easy to upload.

We always aim to work within the budget you give us and source items accordingly. Trust us, we love a challenge and are experts in tracking down your desired décor at a desirable price.
As a rule of thumb, your budget should cover anything that will be in your room – such as furniture, lighting, window treatments, flooring – but exclude contractor costs if you're getting help in. For example, if you're planning on painting the room, your budget should include the cost of the paint, but not the decorator.
After an initial phone or Skype call with your designer, you can connect and collaborate using the built-in chat function on your Account Dashboard. It's all done online to make it easy, quick and convenient.
Don't panic! Once you click ‘send', the details in your brief will be sent to your Account Dashboard. Here you can make changes and chat with your designer. If you're still in any doubt, just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Whilst we operate online to keep costs down, we realise some customers prefer to see a designer face-to-face. For those folk, we offer home visits that start from £300 (for the visit only). Room packages will be charged on top.

No problem. You have two weeks after you've received your final design to ask your designer any questions and request any reasonable changes.

As a heads up, we cannot advise on any structural changes and recommend you get an approved plumber, builder, kitchen company or architect to help you there.
If, however, you want help choosing a kitchen or picking out bathroom tiles or even hardware, of course we can help. We can also lend a hand with colours, lighting and finishing touches.

Of course we can. Bespoke by name and all that. We'll provide all the necessary information you need to share with an approved contractor. They'll take final measurements and make the item to brief. Please bear in mind that at the moment, we cannot advise on which contractor to use in every case.
