Step 1: Brief encounter
Our easy online brief doesn't take long to do but helps us match you to your ideal designer.
Step 2: Share your ideas
We'll send a link to your Account Dashboard where you can upload photos, thoughts, plans, ideas to share with us. Then we'll kick things off with a phone call to your personal designer who digs a little deeper into what you want to achieve
Step 3: Picture this
Once you're 100% happy with things, your designer will share a floorplan and 2D visual of your room, so you can picture the final result, complete with styling tips and recommendations in place. You also receive your bespoke interactive shopping list so you can see how all your items look together and be able to shop the look easily.
Step 4: Shop, save, smile
Our shop stocks the cream of the high-street crop, with best prices and exclusive discounts built-in. So you do the shopping and your chosen stores do the dropping. Any questions and our customer success team are always on hand to help.

Yes you can. Just be aware that the products we recommend are from UK suppliers, so they often do not ship abroad.
Whilst we operate online to keep costs down, we realise some customers prefer to see a designer face-to-face. For those folk, we offer home visits that start from £350 (for the visit only). Room packages will be charged on top.
