Who/what is My Bespoke Room?

How does it work?

There are four easy steps to creating your perfect room. The first is to grab a cuppa and complete our simple online questionnaire. You then submit and check out from as little as £75 per room and we will send you your own personalised virtual shopping list within 10–15 working days. We will deliver it via email straight to your inbox. Find out more details here...

How does Snap & Source work?

Once you have snapped the item you love, simply log onto our website and click on Snap & Source where you will be guided to our simple questionnaire. Complete this with as much info as you can. Then follow the instructions and we will get back to you with up to three other options. Remember these may not match your item exactly but are intended to be as close as possible to what you have snapped. If they don't exist and we are not able to find something suitable, don't worry we will automatically refund you.

How can I pay?

Payment is accepted via the PayPal website, which is a secure payment processor. It's convenient, safe and easy to use. We do not store credit/debit card details not do we share customers details with any third parties.

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still order?

Yes, you can sign in as a guest using your credit or debit card.

Are my details safe?

Absolutely! We are honest, transparent and trustworthy. All customer information is confidential. We would never pass on customer information to third parties.

Do I have to register to make an order?

Yes. Registering with us is free and only takes a minute. It means you can save your questionnaire and come back to it later and when you receive your final virtual moodboard, it is totally safe and protected. If you choose to receive our newsletters, you'll be the first to hear all of the exciting new stuff we have found, hints and tips and any offers. Oh and we promise we won't bombard you all the time!

How do I change my password, email address or other personal details?

You can edit any of your personal details anytime by logging into your account, amending and saving your details.

Can I change or amend my questionnaire once I have submitted it?

Sorry no, but you can let us know of any changes by contacting us and we will do our best to honor them. Email us at theteam@mybespokeroom.com.

How long will my order take?

We will try and create your virtual mood board and email it to you with 10-15 working days. We do try as hard as we can but we are really busy sourcing great stuff and looking after our kids in between!

Can I cancel my order?

Once we have pinged over to you our confirmation email, we are sorry but you cannot cancel as the service we are providing is a bespoke one designed to your own specification. Don't worry your normal legal rights though will not be affected.

The product I want is no longer available?

We try really hard to only recommend items that are available and in stock at time of sourcing, however, we cannot always be 100% sure. We are sorry but we cannot be held responsible for items that are no longer available. We recommend you buy the items as soon as we send you your mood board to avoid disappointment.
